OKTOBERFEST KICK-OFF PARTY
Get the Oktoberfest party started at The Charmant on Friday, September 29th! Ken Cooper from Classic Hits will we celebrating on The Rooftop Terrace with refreshments and merriment. A must stop before heading down to the Fest Grounds for the Tapping of the Golden Keg. The Charmant will have both the rooftop and main restaurant open and serving up Oktoberfest food and drink features
PAPPY VAN WINKLE TASTING EVENT
You’re invited to join us on Sunday, October 8th from 4pm-6pm on The Rooftop Terrace for an exclusive, Pappy Van Winkle Tasting Event. We will be featuring four tastings of Pappy’s finest including Old Rip Van Winkle 10 Year, Pappy Van Winkle’s Family Reserve 15 Year, Van Winkle Special Reserve 12 Year, and Pappy Van Winkle’s Family Reserve 20 Year. Each coveted pour will be paired with a specially curated hors d’oeuvres.

SCHUBY'S NEIGHBORHOOD BUTCHER: SAUSAGE MAKING 101
In this session by our sister property, Schuby’s Neighborhood Butcher, Chef Patrick will showcase his sausage-making expertise, demonstrating the art of crafting snack sticks, summer sausages, and cured and smoked varieties. Sip on a welcome beer and savor light appetizers while you watch Chef Patrick in action. Plus, you’ll leave with six delicious Schuby’s sausages of your choice to enjoy at home.
One ticket includes the sausage making class, a welcome beer, light appetizers, and 6 take-home sausages valued at $20. ID will be verified upon arrival.
FUNKE FRIDAY
Andy Hughes, a staple artist of the Midwest alternative music scene, will be performing in our Lobby Lounge from 6pm-9pm. Admission is free and all ages are welcome. Come groove with us!

Join our sister property, Schuby’s Neighborhood Butcher, for this special hands-on and interactive event where you’ll witness Chef Patrick expertly break down the front quarter of a cow, guiding you through each step of the process. Get ready to roll up your sleeves and take part in the action! Take home your very own premium cuts from the demonstration of $50 value to prepare and enjoy.
One ticket includes the beef butchery class, a welcome drink, light appetizers, and take-home premium beef cuts valued at $50. ID will be verified upon arrival.
SCHUBY'S NEIGHBORHOOD BUTCHER: THE BUTCHER COUNTER
Indulge in a one-of-a-kind dining experience as our sister property, Schuby’s Neighborhood Butcher, proudly introduces “The Butcher Counter” – a 12-course culinary adventure inspired by the revered Japanese tradition of Omakase-style dinners. Our Butcher version will feature exclusively meat-focused dishes. What makes this experience truly intimate and unique is you’ll be seated right at the counter, inches away from Chef Patrick as he crafts each course. Learn about the inspiration behind each dish, the sourcing of the meats, and the culinary techniques used, all while sipping specially paired wines.
