The Restaurant
With sweeping views across Riverside Park and the Mississippi, ‘The Restaurant’ is an exquisitely designed, open concept, with refined nods to the original chocolate factory. The culinary team serves rustic French–inspired cuisine in a comfortable and inviting atmosphere. Charmant guests are also tempted 24/7 with the hotel’s lobby Sweets Bar featuring handmade chocolates from CocoVaa Chocolatier.

Fri: 4:30pm-10pm
Sat: 9am-2pm brunch | 4:30pm-10pm dinner
Sun: 9am-2pm brunch | 4:30pm-8pm dinner
The Lobby Bar and Lounge
The Lobby Bar & Lounge, with its exposed brick, comfortable seating, and highlighting the original building safe, features craft beer, wine, local spirits, and a modified version of The Restaurant menu.
The Parlour
Continuing the open concept and exposed brick, The Parlour offers a coffee bar and daily meeting place.
Hotel guests who are 21 or older are invited to enjoy Charming Hour daily from 4PM to 6PM. One complimentary glass of red, white, or sparkling wine will be offered with presentation of a valid room key.
A modified food and beverage menu will be available during this time in both the Parlour Pub and Lobby Lounge.
Rooftop Terrace
With views of charming La Crosse, The Charmant boasts a seasonal Rooftop Terrace, offering Neapolitan-style pizza and local-inspired cocktails.
